Breakfast Recipe

The morning is refreshing sometimes provided someone has enough rest. For me I need enough rest to get going. Breakfast is the most important to gain energy for the day. I'm s fan of organic and green living so what ever I post about food is definitely good and good for you.

Here's my breakfast recipe for the day :






Organic Hash Browns - 

4 organic brown eggs 

Organic salsa ( 2TBLspns )

Slice of a green bell pepper 

a few onion chops 

100% organic canola oil ( canola oil is very good for you and on your heart as well ) 

Little smoked sausages ( 100% lean pork if applicable ) 

100% instant whole grain oatmeal  ( for butter I use the Earth Balance brand ,sugar I use organic , and milk 100% organic )




Eggs: 

Turn the heat up to mid-high with a pan on the stove.

Spray the pan with the canola oil.

After heat is to temperature add the eggs, salsa, onion, and bell pepper.

Cook eggs, salsa, onions, and bell pepper til fully cook ( @prrox. 31/2 - 4min. )




Lil Sausages:

Turn Heat on stove to mid - high.

Once heat is to temperature add desired amount of sausages to the hot pan.

Let sausages fully cook for ( @pprox. 5-6 mins )




Oatmeal: 

Follow instant oatmeal directions as labeled.

Add desired butter, milk and sugar







Combine all breakfast portions to create a complete breakfast meal. This meal very easy to make and eat.
